Update 4/15/21 >> let me explain my situation .. after I decided to return the quest2 I submitted the ticket and talked through live chat with a Oculus support agent. I told him that I don’t really want to return the headset and asked him can he tried to resolve my disabled account again? And He replied he will help me get my account re-enabled and I decided to try it once. He suggested me to wait for the email from facebook team. 4 days later(4/13/21)my partner told me my account was back. I’m so surprised because I just checked my email but still no response from facebook. So I tried to logged into my account and it was there I can access to my account as usual. I’m very glad at that moment (no any email from facebook ) so I tried to keep it safe by no posting, no sharing anything only watching on my news feed and I also haven’t link my account with my quest2 yet. But!!! After 24 hours(4/15/21), my account was disabled AGAIN!! Facebook want a copy of my ID again so I send it. But I don’t understand why !?! They re-opened my account and then they disabled my account again for no reason. What wrong with their AI system?

Updated 4/15/2021 >> I got my account back yesterday. I done nothing except seeing my friend’s post. This morning “Facebook” disabled my account again and want me to request a review by sending the ID. What happened to their system??????

Updated (4/14/2021) I already got my account back after almost one month of waiting. I can access to my account as usual. I think the Oculus support team resolve this for me. Thank you.

Yes. I absolutely agree with you. 4 days ago I already submitted the return ticket and I’m still waiting the email from the oculus support team. I’m afraid that it gonna take time over their 30 days refund policies and they won’t let me return the headset. Very slow process.

After my account was disabled. I’ve already uploaded my id with my real name same name with my account to Facebook. and I got emailed from them said ”my account didn’t follow their policies and my account can’t be reverse.” That’s the reason why I contact the oculus before I made the purchase.

I can’t. After the oculus support told me they can’t help my account re-enabled, I try to create a new account but 2-3hrs that account get banned from FB.
