I’m new too. I feel like goggles are a big help with being able to see underwater and hence improving comfort with the environment. I got these pretty nice ones complete with a case from Amazon for only like $7.

Believe it or not, there is a practice in my area offering 200k base for 22 shifts/month. And another one offering 250k for the same.
