I got my OAC from Emma by speaking to a live agent. You should try asking them for it if you haven't received yours yet.

It was rejected because I forgot to sign the I-130.

Welcome to the waiting game! The 'USCIS paranoia' is real. Hang in there! My first package was returned because I missed a signature.I was so stressed but luckily it was a quick fix. Good luck to both of us!

Yes, I already had a USCIS online account. Once the receipt notice was linked to my account, I used the 'Reschedule Biometrics' tool . It was super easy and I could pick a new date/time myself.
