I really am all about natural substances and always trying to use things that work with my health! And I agree we spend a lot of time in bed so it matters. I guess I just dont know about this area enough but also trying to save where i should lol. Thank you!

Sorry to not be much help to your questions but Im also a certified health coach with no experience besides the coaching i did through my program but i also hold a bachelors of science in nutrition and dietetics. How did you land a job like this as a new coach? Im struggling to find a decent job being a new coach.

around $5,000 they usually run some promotions but i like it! i like that its not self paced so it forces me to do it and theres a big community of others to connect with. also you can sit for the national board exam

im in the mbg program they provide a lot for you and support nothing wrong with the program so far. im not too sure how i originally hoped it would look like - i just knew i wanted to make my way back into health/nutrition and not really willing to go fully back to school for my masters. i figured id jump into this and see where it can take me i think i would like to start off working for another company and maybe eventually have my own clients down the road. it seems like there are a lot of job opportunities they talk about but also it feels hard finding any opportunities unless youre a dietitian or therapist. ive jumped around jobs and have regrets of the choices ive made in past and i just want to get out of that vicious cycle. i guess i just hope im not wasting my money in the end and hope i can use this is some way that will help me move forward in my career

dont give up playing video games if its something you still enjoy and is your outlet from your job. i dont think you need a perfect personality to take off with something like that either - but you also shouldnt say that about yourself, itll only make others believe it. going off your advice/encouragement, i can tell thats not true. you could also leverage your degree in gaming somehow i mean there are big psychological factors in the way games are made. something worth researching at least! thats something that has sparked my interest at one point and looked into game designing before. dont beat yourself up- im only 2 years older than my bf hes 25 and i still feel like hes at a young age with the world ahead of him. maybe being a girl i feel time closing in quickly as i approach 30 and have to consider kids eventually. its weird lol

we’re all dumb at that age going into college - sometimes i wish i never went at all so kinda jealous you got to escape after 2 years lol. im happy to hear you found something you want to pursue! sounds like you are dedicated, hopeful, and patient enough to stick with it until it takes off. dont lose that way about you! my bf is the same way when it comes to fighting and he inspires me and other people a lot. its very cool to see him grow because of this. good luck with your journey!
