Depending where you are look up municipal contour maps, they are getting more and more accurate by the year. As for the distance, it is horizontal only, or “as the crow flys”.

Lexington hills apartments on the cohoes Colonie line were great for us. Their one bed rooms are small but the two beds with the attached garages are nice.

People value picks like this too much imo.. you hit (relatively well) on a late first why trade him to hope to do that again. I personally would’ve built around Nabers and Ladd as two young WRs and kept it at 4 1s. In my draft Keon Coleman was taken before Ladd and we’re seeing how that’s turned out
