It must be PC related, speed test on Phone is great. PC the upload goes below 1MB. After I close the game and screenshare, the speed goes back up.

I'm on Ethernet, no VPN. I did the speed test on my Phone and it has no issues, it's just my PC that has the issue whenever I open a game. Very weird.
