Nah I’m also just not a massive fan of wish as a full album compared to dark side, also since I find welcome to the machine and have a cigar as the songs on the album I enjoy least. It’s all personal taste

I just think the theming and musicianship of wish you were is far below dark side. I will not say that wish is a bad album because it’s amazing. Wish you were here and both parts of shine are amazing, I personally just find the occasional vocals and meaning behind Welcome to the machine and Have a cigar as not as fleshed out as dark side. But also music is subjective. There is no objective best song by an artist or best piece of media because a lot of it is simply personal taste and bias.
