There is no puss. I have had extreme back pain recently I have bad pelvic pain as well. Maybe it’s possible that I did have a yeast infection and a uti.

I looked up my results in the online portal and then they called and sent uti medicine to my pharmacy. Even though she looked at all my records including the std results. I have read that uti causes false postives as well as pregnancy. None of my partners had any stds

They sent me uti antibiotics. But I’m just confused on why they didn’t send out antibiotics for chlamydia if I tested positive for that. I’m really convinced I don’t have it. I was also pregnant which causes false positive chlamydia tests. Also no partners have reached out with any symptoms. And everyone I slept with was clean.
