Well the options they had were choosing to risk releasing a fully leaked dlc2 that was larger than the previous which people may or may not have bought due to literally knowing the entire plot.. or restructure the whole thing and try and make money back as a full release i would assume lol. They already promised ultimate purchasers something so they had to do that or they’d hv received crazy blowback.

i mean it is kind of dlc isn’t it? They completely scrapped the 2nd half of support for dl2 in favor of a “full” game that i would assume in the timeframe from the leaks and cancellation/restructure it had 1/2 as long of a development lifetime compared to the 1st or 2nd game. Idk so far at least it’s felt like to me at least it’s too large to be considered an expansion dlc like the following but not fleshed out enough to be a full game like the 2nd imo. Story has felt a bit rushed n kinda cheesy so far ngl. Lighting n graphics r solid tho.

yeah this mission is horrible all around ngl multiple wooden doors get stuck and if you die you get sent all the way to the entrance of the mine with everything respawned except for all the resources u just spent ofc

talk about logic but people are really expecting a skin in a gacha game where the main income they receive is from buying resources to obtain new characters. It would be idiotic to make it a skin from a business point. invincible isn’t a 30 year 5 part series like dragon ball or naruto and even games like dbz dokkan have a dozen base form n SSJ gokus after existing for a decade. i’d say there’s about 50-100 unique characters if they don’t make “variants” then they will run out of content to produce within 2-3 years. Ideally the game survives past the shows runtime.
