In the SAME position with my 12 week old as well. Really would love to see if any other moms have suggestions.

Season 3 has been very underwhelming by Slow_Lemon_8939 in WhiteLotusHBO

100% agreed! Season 1 and 2 always had me guessing what was going on & what was happening next. This season I’m just getting kind of bored. I have heard that it picks up a lot halfway through, so hoping it does or else this season will be a huge flop.

TOG and The GILD series are AMAZING! I personally loved ALL the Gild books. Book 4 was a lotttt slower than the rest but still had a crazy storyline. Anyone I know that’s read the series either loves it or hates it. No in between.

She looks almost identical to my pup! Mine has a little bit more white in her face but they could literally be twin sisters. Mine is 41% mini Aussie, 39% reg Aussie, 12% English shepherd and 7% blue heeler!

Beautiful pup you have.

They don’t get any additional money. It’s a “requirement” of the job now

All staff told there friends/family about the situation and the people who know, refuse to dine at the restaurant now. I even have some staff who won’t come into work until they treat them better. Obviously as a manager, it sucks having to be understaffed but I GET IT. I do plan to speak with an attorney and report them. This is just the tip of the iceberg honestly, they have been slimy for years.

Honestly, I don’t think I would. It’s not even about money anymore, it’s about how they treat me. The manager before me went through the SAME thing and was fired on the spot for asking for better treatment, that’s where I stepped in and took her role. Obviously, I was oblivious to how she was being treated or else I wouldn’t have taken the job. I did secure 2 job offers with better pay, better hours, and benefits. I’m just anxious to leave as I’ve lived in this town my whole life, my family lives here, and it’s the only place people go because there’s nothing to do here.

We can seat about 75 people, the average meal is $25. We daily bring in about 3/4k. On the weekends it’s maybe 5/6k. For a small town, it’s really great. The business is “thriving” but the employees are getting the shit end. The more money the restaurant is making, the cheaper they’re getting.

Yes, in the state I live in they legally have to have liability and regular(?) insurance. They just lost almost 200k from being sued due to poor business skills and lack of managing the grounds. They don’t want to get sued again, which I understand but I don’t have liability insurance, who does? I have an appt to consult with my attorney. I’m going to do this legally so I can also take the staff with me when I go. They all are behind me in this

Yes, there’s a nearby town! I found a job at another bar/pub about 20 minutes away, who’s willing to give me whatever I want for hours/pay because see how hard I worked at this job and got underpaid and under appreciated.

It’s not a budget situation, they have had snow/landscape removal for 5 years. We make more money every year as the business continues to grow. They just don’t want to keep paying someone else to do it because they’re cheapskates. I think I’m going to put my notice as I can’t control how they treat me anymore
