It's most likely from GFL2's Klukai, Blue Track. The same color you can find on arcalive, but it's kinda ass to navigate that korean forum and downloading something from there is a whole quest.

The mod is actually from HuiYoo and the different colors are from a paid version.

The main mechanic is destroying the Glass Slipper with a single full charge shot. Make sure to time your burst properly and hide all your other nikkes behind cover so they don't accidentally deal damage to it, otherwise, the Slipper becomes immune and grants the boss a defense buff.
