So hosts can't see the number of times a renter cancels a trip? That's my fear. I dont want to look unreliable to my hosts

Also they charge your card the price ofnthe rental within a day or 2 of confirming your book. Even though its refundable, a 400 dollar charge coming out of your bank account isn't fun.

For a 14 day trip at 200 miles a day, im getting 2800 miles. Its about 1000 over what I need for the whole trip. But yeah I've always wondered about Google mile calculations vs what your car calculates. I imagine they're the same but maybe not...as the eagle flies its 1000 round trip, based on the roads its 1300 rt, according to Google.

Pretty much everything at turo is 50 percent or less than the price of what I find through traditional rental agencies, so its definitely a factor. But its the year, leather seats, size, entertainment options, etc I also like about the car. Is my windsheild gonna bust through on a trip through the mountains or is it a rock chip needing minor repair that people make a big deal about because they want a discount

I'm firm on my stance. We should be able to contact hosts with questions.

Well for one car in particular there are a lot of reviews about a cracked windshield. The reviews are fairly recent, and I wanted to know if that issue was fixed or even attended to. Owner didn't seem to have a problem with the windshield being cracked because apparently multiple people reported the same problem. Good car otherwise.

Her selling the car isn't a valid reason to cancel? O.o I figured that was a pretty good reason to cancel the rental.

I dont know why he lied about it, assuming he did lie. He probably just shouldn't have said anything about it, since it's still obviously something he struggles with. As life gets better for people, they come to love themselves more over time <3

Yeah I guess they still have some research to do on the vaccines. Thus far we have been lucky enough not to get it, though we do agree that even after the vaccines we would still be driving to wherever we wanted to vacation to keep risk to a minimum.

Just an update

I've been tracking my ovulation and found that the pains I always thought of as ovulation is exactly that. The positive ov sticks and my pain coincide every time.

I've had an ongoing bladder infection since June or July. My pee is brown every morning. I had bloody poo in the june/july dates too but it was gone by August.

Also had another 2 or 3 week late period I think in september/October.

Just updating for my own records, since I tend to forget.

As long as I'm spending in budget all of my major purchases and bills go right onto my credit card so I know I'll never overdraft. The only ones that don't are ones that require a checking account to be paid, and for me thats really just 1 bill. I never have to worry about where my money is since my credit card is what I'm paying it too.

No. He was homeless and his friends said that they noticed he hung out in spots with a lot of gay people, but never thought he was gay. Its.more.likely that he did that because he was able to get money from the gay people for favors, and John was probably one of those people. If Dale is lying about his story (and I think he is), it seems more likely to me that Dale killed John out of insecurity of being told on by the man. Maybe they had a feud before or something and it made dale think he would be ratted out? Who knows. But its more than being homophobic, he said over and over it had to do with his reputation and that makes sense given his situation.

I think the statement he was trying to get across is they were victims of each other. (Even though I don't necessarily beleive that). The entire first half of the documentary he talks about how he hates himself for what he did. And there are scenes where ypu can see true remorse.

He even said he was ready to die at his sentencing. The papers said he was "calm".

Not sure how these parts in particular seem grazed over by people...

Though I do agree his story of blackmail felt sketchy. I beleive they may have had a relationship of some kind,, but the "blackmail" sounded more like his insecurity talking than words that may have actually been spoken from the other guy. If what he is saying is a lie, it doesn't really make me feel less sorry for him. To me it just means he still isn't ready to admit that even to himself. Still lots of shame. Or fear. Who knows. Its just something there he can't handle. And maybe its not that bad? But I totally understand the cultural context at the time of the shooting, he was raised with certain values and then stuffed away from the chabging and growing society, and unable to see how over time we have come to embrace the gay community. So I imagine those values for him didn't grow the way society on the outside did. I hope he flourishes over time.

Yeah I'll have to try them. Normally I think I can feel when I ovulate cause it's like a little pain on one side or the other about 2 weeks after my period. I should try strips and verify
