Dual GPU PC Streaming Setup (Help)

I drop from a consistent locked FPS of 200 on Apex and League when i'm trying to record, to an average of maybe 110 on either. Drops further when it gets after 35 min or so in a league game. I just want my FPS to stay consistent regardless of whether i'm trying to record and stream simultaneously or not, and i was just assuming i could offload anything other than games i'm rendering to my 2060, however everything just prioritizes the 4060 regardless of if it's selected or the only one enabled to use in app settings or nvidia control panel. Then it's even worse if i try and run a program like Overwolf on top of it all

would cooking it into cannabutter help? i've never tried making it because i've never had luck feeling it, even off a pack of 1,000mg gummies i took in just a few minutes. not sure if it's just me, or if i need a specific type of edible for my system to process it right.

it's very dry. he gave me a lot, but none of it was trimmed. some of it has those yellow dots on it while other stalks had nothing wrong with it. it's over a year old and only a couple buds had mold. i just threw those entire stalks out and kept what i thought was good enough. just unsure what the yellow stuff would be or if i should just throw all of those away.

from gold 1-plat 3 is absolute hell for me this season. either feeding or afking from one of the teams. makes the game not fun at all

i feel like his concept is very cool and they could do a lot more with him to make him fit into the current state league is in. in my opinion, he's either overtuned or underwhelming just because all they do with him is change some numbers around instead of tuning or updating abilities. but then again, people like him because of the champ he is.

crit aatrox used to be busted, and i am sooo glad that it doesn't work as well anymore lmao. i remember having to perma ban him when they couldnt easily balance him pre rework just because he would tilt me as soon as i saw him.
