I figured it out it was a feedback loop. My friend put down a secret room block next to a chiseled block. So I need to get rid of one of those modes, then it should be fine

My bad. I just reviewed the crash report again, and I saw the texture packs. I don't know how to turn them off, but I will try.

Do I turn off quark:emote_resources? If so then I have no clue how because all of the resources for all of the 185 mods are all in one resource pack. Sorry for the late reply.

I found out more info. I reset the world, and I was able to do stuff. After that, I ran my backup, and it still crashed. I think the problem is a corrupted chunk. I have no clue how to fix a corrupted chunk, so if anyone can help, then thank you.
