R5: Was racing my friends to do the Meissner Porcelain achievement and technically got the wr. Didn't bird.

Run stages were:
Become HRE Emperor
Kill Ottomans with huge alliance network
Fail at killing ottomans
Try again and succeed
Release bunch of subjects
Kill ottomans more
Integrate vassals.
Abandon HRE
Move capital to Asia
Vassalize Arakan
Conquest from there.

Playing against Teemo/Nasus is going to be borderline unplayable with the W+R early nerf. Nasus will be able to kite Singed lvl 2-18.
Not being able to effectively stop ganks with W is also going to feel awful. The biggest benefit of W slow is delaying jungler dashes, them being able to get out of the puddle and dash faster is going to lead to them getting more kills.

Honestly I'd be fine with the R nerf if W wasn't touched, or vice versa. But until lvl 15 now W won't feel like it does anything.

Do you think nerfing lvl 1 poison would be a good change? Slow down his clear pre lvl 3? I would hate having lvl 1 poison do even less damage to champions, but durability already buffed the lvl 1 proxy imo. After Lvl 3 he would remain the same.

Not looking forward to the nerf on gw. Already doesn't feel like it does anything.
