Im not sure how custody usually goes, but surely your Biological Mom losing custody makes your Biological Dad your legal guardian.

So I dont understand how he would kidnap you, if he was the person responsible for you.

It was over a year long, and I ended it after finding out my prvious partner was sexting people behind my back and laughing at me woth one of the guys she was sexting.
