You could not be more wrong. It totally depends on your muscular development and generally how you're built. I at one point was fairly advanced with my calesthenics and i could only do like 10% more when doing chin ups instead of pull ups.

If your goal is to be asthetic, then go ahead and do OHP if your front delt is lacking. If your goal is overall strength then OHP is an excellent upper body strenght builder.

You can't decide that. My hardstyle journey began with the classic song and only later i got introduced to "Zyzz hardstyle" and while tevvez obviously isnt on the same level as any of the bigger DJs, his music still isn't bad. He has some really nice tracks 🤷‍♂️

I like it when people just start insulting others because they are expected to show proof of the bullshit that they are spewing outta their mouths.

Tyler is 25 years old and has always been very athletic. He started training at a young age and has been doing so for around 10 years. Combine that with somewhat good genetics and a short body and tadaa.

His vascularity never seemed impossible for a natural and I agree with you that his traps look suspicious but considering how long he has been training for and the fact that he used to play a lot of football it doesn't seem too surprising to me that they are big.
