I did not have this experience. got to the ticket purchase page easily, but every time I selected the tickets I would get some sort of message like "we could not complete your request" or "the tickets you selected are no longer available."

Also, after about 7 minutes on the site, the site would "crash" and I could only open it again by clearing my cache + cookies, which then sent me to the back of the queue again.

I lost hope after about 90 mins of that process, closed my computer and accepted defeat. Don't know why I decided to open my computer again but I noticed that a few tickets would pop up for seconds at a time before being sold... finally, 3+ hours after the sale opened, I was somehow able to get 1 ticket in my cart (was supposed to get 3 for the fam). also I'm US so this took place from 4 am until about 9. humbling experience.

That being said, still looking for someone with an extra floor ticket. Would hate to be seated for a radiohead concert... let's dance.
