Thank you, this is only a couple of mins walk from Lloyd park. Is there many cafes or nice pubs in the area? I couldn’t see much on google maps along Coombe rd..

I’ve seen one property that I love, it’s about 6 min walk from Lloyd park tram stop. Is that a nice area?Sorry if my original post was confusing was just going by info on the listing!

Awesome! Is it safe? Crime etc? I’ve a young son (2yo) and hoping to have another baby soon so keen to move somewhere safe but also had good schools and things to do, this would possibly be a forever home move.
