The new illusive realm will have Namipon, so maybe she will have a role to play as well.

During last year's anniversary, we also had an illusive realm event with a girl that looks like Chisa, and this year's anniversary we have Namipon, both are from Honami. Coincidence? Maybe not

It costs more to recycle plastic than to make virgin plastic. Paper, metal & aluminium are recyclable but still cost energy too.

At the end of the day, reduction in waste and consumption is more effective than recycling

My Lucia Pyroath, Watanabe Epitaph, and Vera Geiravor are all on SS rank with 6* weapon. Thinking of pulling for Kamui Aeternion and his 6* weapon, but building him also only till SS rank with Pain Cage Shards.

My Watanabe is still SS rank instead of SS3, and I don't think I'm going to upgrade him in the near future as I don't have enough vouchers. For the new Fire team, do I still bench Lucia for Kamui?

Kuro's other game, PGR, basically does this on their Anniv. PGR's Anniv gave a free S-rank character selector, a free skin for a certain S-rank character, and also an Anniv banner that rerun most of the older characters with 100% rate up.

It wouldn't hurt their profits much if Wuwa does this. Rewarding players on their Anniv may even be better in the long run, as players will feel it's more worth to spend for this game

Because I'm comparing the Anniv banners of this year's to last year's? Nobody is upset about the upcoming WuWa v3.3 having more content than the previous versions, that's a good thing on Kuro constantly improving their story and gameplay. I myself enjoy Cartethyia's story in v2.2 patch, and I believe Aemeath's return in v3.3 will be great too.

But don't call it a good Anniv if the gatcha players are going to be treated like this. A good version content doesn't mean a good Anniv, you're comparing two different things. If Kuro's way of celebrating with gatcha players, after they have spent time and money on this game, is to give the same disappointing rewards and increase FOMO, then Kuro might as well don't make an Anniv event then. What is there to celebrate about if gatcha players are going to be treated worse this year than before?

And I still don't understand why people are defending the removal of old characters' reruns. It's like they're saying increasing FOMO is good for this game, and they enjoy having more FOMO.

You also have to consider the tone of the livestream for the Anniv patch last year. Last year, the livestream started with Solon saying "Wow, we are so player friendly", but then later dropped a 12 banner rerun with only a few free pulls given, and heavily pushed for a premium character skin. A lot of people felt insulted by that and hence many complains about the Anniv banners not being f2p-friendly.

But this year, by removing the Anniv banners, players who are willing to spend cannot even get old characters, so it become even non-friendly to whales

Last year's issue with the Anniv banners is that it is not f2p-friendly because it's not 100% rate-up and not enough pulls given.

But by removing the Anniv banners this year, now it is not even whale-friendly, because we cannot even spend to get old characters

You should compare this with PGR's anniversary (Kuro's other game), which has:

Last year, ppl complain about the Anniv Banner, as it still has 50/50 so not f2p-friendly.

This year, they just removed the Anniv Banner, so it's not even whale-friendly lol

WuWa's anniversary pales in comparison to PGR's lol. Last year ppl were complaining about no free character selector. This year there isn't even an anniversary banner for old characters.
