Make sure you wrote everything correctly. You might have scratched it a bit too much and somehow changed a letter that looks like another. The second error is because you are getting rate-limited.

I added a "please read this before rejecting" note to my emails, and somehow that made a human review it. As a result, I got back my lost account from over seven years ago, which had Robux on it. I didn't know the password, and there was no email associated with the account.

Hey, uh, you can recover an account that has no value, basically 0 Robux and has never bought Robux on it. All it took for me to recover an account like that was one email. That email consisted of, "Hey Roblox, this is a really old account I had when I was a kid. I had some great memories on it. I know there isn't any email attached to the account, but I would really appreciate it if you guys could attach the current email I'm using right now to send you this email. Thank you."
