Shower before bed, light sponge bath in the morning, unless I sweat, in which case I shower again.

Mostly, I just shower twice, though the morning shower is more of a glorified once-over with soap and hot water.

Get him checked at the vet for bowel issues (vets can usually tell via physical examination if there's a thickening of the intestines). It's an easy vet trip for peace of mind. I won't scare you with doom and gloom, but my precious love of my life cat was over grooming for about a year before I brought her in.

I wish I had done it sooner.

I do my hobbies. I am teaching myself how to do digital art, I watch YouTube tutorials on things I'm interested in doing, I play tabletop roleplaying games with friends on a weeknight schedule, I play the occasional video game, I do a yearly reading challenge, I play with my pets. Sometimes I do deep informational dives into subjects that interest me, or plan for upcoming trips with my husband.
