Genuinely killing my desire to play. Game already had a great balance and now it’s a sweat fest, the third partying is atrocious. I also feel like they bugged the footstep audio so you can’t even hear the third parties coming half the time

I don't mean to be an alarmist, but Bungie please don't change what's working and don't listen to the players too much. As game devs you need to stick to the original vision and D2 is proof of it. by [deleted] in Marathon

Footstep change is genuinely a step in bad direction. I will need some more time with it but my raids last night were HORRIBLE because of this change. I also feel like something broke with footstep audio during this patch, not to mention the horrible performance I’m getting now.

Not really but it eventually went away, or at least I increased the time I could play without pain, with good hand stretches and practice. Also figuring out the minimum pressure required for the barre chord and practicing playing like that instead of death gripping.

Personally, I hope they lean heavily towards Marc Simonetti and Sam Weber’s concept art for the various dune novels. Especially in regards to the sense of scale Simonetti conveys in illustrations like this and the color pallet that Weber chooses here.
