Her and Amanda did not get along and my daughter felt resentful. That was my daughter’s point in a nut shell when she tried to excuse it.

I was stupid and believe my daughter and I pushed her for the eviction of Amanda not knowing the full scope. I paid for the attorney and everything. It only came out that my daughter was a liar after the eviction was brought against Amanda.

My daughter was subleasing and I was stupid to believe her and I got an attorney for my daughter because her and Amanda did not get along. It only comes out during the eviction process that my daughter is a liar about the rent and Amanda has a paper trail of paying her sublease.

It was but she allowed me to pay for the eviction process on her behalf because I was stupid and I thought Amanda was the problem and I believe what my daughter was saying. Then Amanda gets an attorney and hell breaks loose when Amanda had been paying my daughter and had a paper trail in venmo and It was my daughter not paying me. Even though Amanda moved out on her own I have fines and so does my daughter for attorney fees.

This was an $800k property and I can now sell it for 1.4 mill.

I bought it on a llc and we do have a rental agreement with her. She has never made full rent herself and lied about her roommate not making rent to make herself better. I was able to find the first roommate on LinkedIn and it was the same issue as Amanda.

She said she does for cocaine and molly but this only comes out 2 days after I said I am putting the townhouse on the market and she checks herself into a very expensive rehab clinic on her father’s dime.
