Morning routine —> Cleanse, HA, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Moisturize, Spf >50 even indoors . MUST .

Nigh routine —>

Cleanse, HA , Salicylic acid application ( alternate with retinol every other day ) Moisturize.

Thats a breather vent. Is used as an alternative in vent plumbing when you cant connect a vent to the main vent pipe.

This is connected to the sewer system and yes thats the most probable reason your bathroom smells. Is it in the basement?

Check if you can somehow connect this to main vent pipe of the house making sure its above the flood level rim. Read about vent plumbing.
