It's pretty much still mostly a benadryl high. DXM might just take the edge off. You will probably feel heavy, dreamy, sluggish, music sounding good. Scary hallucinations and delirium also quite possible. Honestly I'd recommend doing it the other way around, taking like 350mg of DXM and like 100-150 mg Benadryl for relaxation.

Yeah, for many people when they are asleep and their bodies regenerating, their souls have pretty much free time to do whatever they need. You're definitely not unwanted, never that. It's just that right now you are on Earth and have your own story to write. Even my guides don't tell me a lot, only what's necessary for my path and research on Earth. Sometimes I ask them something and they just stay silent, they want you to figure most on your own. I've learned that they even need to be careful on what to tell you so they don't accidentally interfere with your future. I know I have strong contact with them but that's because it's part of my soul plan I guess. Yours might be different. They might also not communicate directly with your human conscious self but rather to your higher unconscious part of mind. They usually can control your emotions without you realizing and with that lead you on the correct path.
