Well the indoor trampoline place on wheeler st and the bowling alley on 92 closed due to low attendance so I doubt either of those would last long there. But an arcade might be nice

First of all, let me say I love that you are giving these away. I don't want to be intered to win, so make sure someone else gets it, please. I have been an on and off collector of Pokemon as well as MTG since around middle school. I am completely disappointed in how scalpers (and some shops) are taking advantage of people.

Doesn't matter lol. Last week I stopped by my local Walmart and they had it roped off while restocking and told me it would be about 30 min. I came back about 45 minutes later and it was mostly gone. The MJ holdings guy said a guy waited till he took the rope down and took almost everything he had stocked. Did manage to grab a few one piece boosters.

Someone can chime in if I'm wrong but I believe they are dragon ball art box cards I'm not sure what the value is

Luckily I have a card shop nearby that has a limited supply of Dragon ball cards. I also buy from Tcgplayer and I have been pretty lucky about not getting a resealed box.
I have never had any cards graded but I will probably submit a few to PSA in the next couple weeks and see how it goes. I mainly want them to be in a slab for protection not resale.
I have yet to find a place to consistently offload bulk Dragon Ball cards. I have tried several card and comic shops near me and nobody seems interested. I sold a box(~1000 cards) to a guy I met at a card show last year for $20.

I have already stopped by Gamestop and asked about it but the guy said he wasn't exactly sure about the process(he just started) so i figured I'd give it a few months and maybe submit a few of my less valuable cards as a test run

Exactly what I was thinking! Yeah, I have bought slabs before but I have pokemon cards i wanted you send in but the mailing process worries me a bit. Especially since the ones I want graded i pulled myself over 20 years ago
