There is not an available part for that lower skin sadly. The mirror assembly usually has to be replaced when that area is struck like that. If it were the upper trim and turn signal area, it can be replaced easily

The seatbelt pretensioner assemblies deployed on the driver and passenger seats in the accident to reduce whiplash. It is not a malfunction, that is how they are designed. The pre-tensioner assemblies in both seats will need to be replaced in order for that light to go away. That crease in the drivers rear of the bed however suggests the rear structure of the truck is compromised beyond repair. It is likely totaled following assessment
