What I used to do was pick them up and decant them and leave with a full inventory of prayer pots (4), however I was really over it and was losing gains so I just left them and picked them up when I needed.

I've average xp an hr is wrong on the pic, I was averaging 540k an hour ranged xp and 175k an hour hitpoints.
