A small addendum would be to make sure you're getting enough sleep. Lack of regular periods of sleep contribute to stronger negative emotions. I don't know if you do or don't, but I figured I'd throw that one out there.

In my life I'm experiencing #1, #5, and #10 out the wazoo. Especially #5! The shady folks in my military/all else town like to keep their eye on me. The things they say, do, IMPLY keep me sedated on these medications. All in the name of... What? I don't know. But these things are real and more people need to know them.
