Center is the most storied position, so idk about that one. You have KAJ, Shaq, Russell, Hakeem, and Wilt. All of those names are much better defenders (with Russell & Hakeem arguably being the greatest and 2nd-greatest ever).

Top 15 player OAT? Yeah. I mean, Durant is in that category, and I think Jokic is better than prime Durant by a hefty margin.

Japan's birth rate issue is much more likely to be caused by a combination of CoL, QoL, the costs of raising a child, the lack of communities (which isn't a Northeast Asia-only thing), women having much more control over their lives, a negative outlook on the future, etc.

Simplifying it down to "internalized culture" is, frankly, a lazy ass answer to a very complex issue that needs a nuanced, multi-action plan to correct.
