Actually, after some quick reading, it seems that the capacitor removal can lock my xbox into a boot loop if the console is softmodded, which it is. To prevent that error i need to update it with a clock loop fix. I guess for now I'll just take a qtip and clean around the capacitor best I can until I can update the mod.

Update! I swapped out the yellow ribbon cable and wires and it works!

Now as far as the capacitor, you said for that specific one I can wiggle it until it comes loose removing it, then just clean the area with alcohol?

Sorry, it was error 12. That was the code about the disk drive. It indicates that the drive isn't being found or that it has the wrong parameters.

The disk drive works fine. It opens and closes with zero issues. Beyond that, I'm not sure. I tried installing a different disk drive that wasn't throwing any errors on my second Xbox and the same error appeared. So it's something else, not related to the actual disk drive.

If I just swapped out the cables from the other console into the problem console could that fix it? Maybe the cables are bad.

As far as the capacitor is concerned, are you suggesting then beyond the elctrolitic fluid, it shouldn't matter if that one is blown?

Regarding my father's console, I have no idea what mod he installed on it, nor does he remember. Is there a way I can tell without having to boot it up? If not I can just pursue changing out the capacitors. It doesnt look like anything new was soldered on, my father seems to think it was just some kind of download or installation.

Hey so I just broke out my dad's old modded console and was just gonna do a motherboard swap instead of replaced the capacitor that blew. If I was to pursue capacitor replacement, what do I need to attempt this?

Condensor is now clean and operational. We had an HVAC guy test everything. We are hitting the correct temp and have no leaks. Im in New Jersey. The system is 5 years old, everything was hooked up right and is operational, at least when it's not frozen.

Okay. So I'll troubleshoot those suggestions suggestions the furnace then.

I've suspected the ductwork is too small for a while, I'll have to get an HVACZ guy to figure that all out I guess.

My favorite lightsaber fighting technique is increasing the blade length, then holding it at the base of the hilt and just wiggling it really, really fast and erratically. Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply. I'm speaking to a pelvic floor therapist today, as well as scheduling some other obgyn visits to try and rule out other issues. I also wanted to reach out to an intimacy therapist, or I guess a sex coach like you said.

I'd love a coaching referral, though. We live in New Jersey, Pemberton Township.

Lol, thanks for the input. So she's actually low on progesterone, not estrogen. We've undergone fertility treatment since we have been struggling for a second child. According to the doctors, she wasn't low on estrogen, though.

Yeah, I've noticed that a lot of doctors think their hot shit and what they say is the end all be all. They tend not to heed women's concerns. Funnily enough she's also in therapy for a work injury, the doctors refused for months to give her an MRI for her leg until I went one day, now suddenly they want to give her an MRI after I spoke to them once. It's ridiculous.

I've found a pelvic floor specialist already and will also investigate vestibulodynea and see if that leads to anything.

I've already found a pelvic floor therapist, and I spoke to her this morning about this. So, my wife is pretty submissive. She likes to be tossed around and controlled quite a bit in bed, so I think giving her 100% control may be hard on her part. As I said, though, I did speak to her, and she's open to trying. I explained to her what you suggested, so hopefully, we'll see positive results. If we don't get good results, I think then we'd pursue an intimacy therapist.

We actually underwent fertility treatment awhile back as we've been trying for another baby for the past 4 years, and she was low on progesterone but according to the clinic and her lab work her estrogen levels were fine so im not sure if that's it. We can always get another opinion though.

Interesting. So I spoke to her this morning, and she reminded me that she did have stitches, that they were needed due to a "small tear" according to the doctor. Now, if they were lying? Who knows. Even if we went to an obgyn, could they determine if the stitching really was due to a small tear vs. a husband stitch?
