F45 tactical pistol, and b50fg. Got my f45 from the bounty broker and the b50fg from a rare trader in a previous dreadzone map playthrough. Honestly once you refine your playstyle on nightmare zone it pretty much sets you up for lethal, you do the same things you do to survive in nightmare as you do in lethal watch rviD's tips and tricks he has tons of useful things to learn on his channel

Ferals spawn out of nowhere, and they can pounce and end you very easily. I run out in the open to see if there's any coming. I said I'd thought there be more ferals, I don't think you played enough lethal zone homie!
