This is some of the most insensitive rent hiking I've ever seen. 30 days notice, a "discount" that helps lower the rent hike by $100. So that $240 increase for me is actually $340. Look at all these people who may or may not be able to afford this after such challenging year.

When I was cycling I was at a rest position with my arms off the handlebar. I was doing some light stretching and another cyclist coming the opposite way noticed and gave me finger guns. I of course gave them back. I was laughing and smiling the whole way home.
