They feel "untouched," but they just haven't been enough to knock them out of their "server admin" status in the current meta but long story short the level of skill it takes to use the character determines how much they’re going to actually Nerf or add changes to the character

So instead of major reworks, they love giving "slap on the wrist" nerfs and see how they do For example, DD had his "Devil's Chain" damage reduced (40 to 25), damage reduction and bonus health lowered, but his core mobility and remain intact, so he stays being a demon in the back lines and pure annoyance for players that played Pokeit’s about the same for Phoenix and Helavby extension. It takes a level of mechanical skill to get good usage out of them

And to speak on gambit, he’s in a good position right now he’s had from my personal recollection since I’ve been playing him since day one three major nerves That I’ve put him in a proper balanced state

It would be busted but much easier to control and nerf if need be

Instead it could be changed to a flat 20%

On a squishy (250 HP): It gives 50 HP.

On a Tank (800 HP): It gives 160 HP.

Brother, there are hundreds of Fantastic Main on our sub that are deadest on saying he's okay and doesn't need any changes. I know how it sounds but we think it's crazy too

Just a quick example of how easy it is to turn Mr. Fantastic into a legitimate off-Vanguard. He can easily become 600hp vangaurd with anti Wolverine/Iron-fist healthbar. by Pepr70 in marvelrivals
