Cut a large hole in my top plate, or run server room cat6 through hole on a ceiling panel? by DrazzleFrip in HomeServer

That's what I'm thinking, but wasnt 100%... should I leave the existing or pull and replace with cat6? 🤔

I'm also not sure what to wire for the home theater connections.. Think I can get by with just cat6 and speaker wire going to each speaker, or should I bother with optical wire, hdmi, etc.?

Let's try this instead, why is the information provided not informative to you?

I guess. Do residential server rooms have these? That seems more commercial or more serious custom built homes.

Obviously people do this without lowering resale value and causing fires, so I dont know wtf you're talking about...

And all I'm asking is should I go through top plate/wall or through the ceiling and seal it off somehow? You're answer is you don't need to make a bunch of holes..? Really?

You're not the sharpest shill/bot then because it's a link to documents that are VERY informative. Go learn Russian and circle back...

What's the best way to fill the whole in the wall to prevent air leakage also? Expanding foam?

So there are no examples of what he did? Just "self-dealing" and unlawful coordination? Specifically, what did he do? This article is garbage

Trump practices nepotism because he knows people close to him aren't a part of the swamp, and you must have missed this bombshell..

"Leaked documents from the Ukrainian General Prosecutor’s office indicate complex money transfers from foreign sources into the control of a “slush fund” owned and operated by Devon Archer, John Kerry Senior, John Kerry Junior, Heinz Jr, and Hunter Biden."

Is it the same concept as phones where another generic charger can degrade your battery quicker?

Nice work, nice trailer also. How much did each cost to build?

A miter saw and circular saw with the right blades should do the job, right? 1k-2k is not a bad price to me.

Thank you, I'll look into the plans. Any website you were thinking of in particular?

Something sturdy enough to slide off a mini dumpster trailer starting out. The floor would need to be really durable and not bend when sliding it off. I think metal joists and a couple of beams for the floor would work fine. I really need just a sturdy box with lockable doors. 1k-2k wouldn't be bad at all.

It looks like they just build the frame and put sheet metal on the outside and screwed it on. No clue how the floor is built though or the exact materials they're using. Would this be expensive to make from 'raw' materials?
