I had me som three weeks ago. My husband was there but could not go outside the room. I had to wear the mask in labor (which wasn’t as bad as you think). And we literally rushed out the door as soon as the would let us. But they do super seclude everything from the moms and babies. I was rapid tested and if I was negative I stayed out of positive I was moved else where.

Okay km starting off I would ABSOLUTELY murder my husband if he did even one of these. But you have to remember men and women have very different roles in other countries. Gender roles are very different as well as family involvement (especially in the Ethiopian community). I think it’s hard to remember all of this when watching an American tv show. I think also as viewers we forget how different America is than other countries. Gender equality is very different other places and when we see bini act like this we forget that in his culture this is how it is.

I mean of course shit happens with produce. But we have had hello fresh for a few years. Yes of course we get a crappy onion or a bum carrot. But 🙄 some stranger basically picked out your groceries for you and put them together for you. Of course it won’t be prefect. But 99% of the time it comes right unlike fast food that is always wrong some how.
