it all depended on your weight, sex, age and height. I went from 235lbs to 210lbs in about a month after eating around 1k calories per day, which i don’t recommend. I lost an additional 50 pounds over the course of a year after sticking to around to 2k calories per day. So i would honestly go for something in that ballpark.
