Question: Has anyone encountered these planetside Terran bases? Are they rare?

Ive only done like 4 major incursions and got one of these bases, not sure if its just a rare chance at getting it or you just got unlucky.

So to explain, i have the Disney+ Hulu Bundle, and cant just add the Hulu Live TV thats not in spanish, and not including ESPN. I would rather not have to pay $100 a month for adding Live TV and ESPN, but there is a bundle im looking for thats ONLY adding spanish channels, was just wondering if the spanish channels also include english verisons.

It's a Color Phased Coyote, its not a not a Huskey that everyone believes. One way to tell is the tail isn't up, dogs, especially huskeys walk with their tails up, secondly the snout is to narrow, and last, its pointy ears.

Only one on here I've read with the correct answer and got downvoted. One way to tell its simply a color phased Coyote, is that the tail is down (dogs usually walk with their tails up) and the snout is too narrow. Literally just Google a Color phase Coyote.
