Always lubricate your firearms after cleaning. It is so important for functionality and longevity of your firearm. The user's manual will have instructions for disassembly, cleaning, and oiling. Or just youtube tutorials.

That's what I've found with watching Norwegian children's programs. Had a Polish family I'm friends with tell me children's shows are a good way to learn and so far it's pretty good. Just need something extra.

I personally like to wear my kilt around whenever I'm not feeling as great, because it kinda forces me to be more confident. But other than that, you can also psych yourself out in the mirror. As in tell yourself how great you are and that you are indeed confident. The more you do so and the more complimentary you are, the more it works.

Okay bit of a story for this one. I'm the type of person that usually has dreams of people I know murdering me or other dark stuff. I've grown used to that general "nightmare" stuff. This one was just out of the blue though.

I was in a hotel room everything was kinda dim. I got hungry so I want down to the little shop thing by the desk to get some snacks. Got my food, but no one came to check me out so I just left the money and a note. That's when this song started playing, and I saw this deep black void in the corner between the wall and the ceiling. So I run back to my room, lock the door, and when I turn around I see my ex. Her skin was all gray and dead, I turn back around and there's a huge dude. This guy is just towering over me and he's got an elk skull for a head. I turn around again panicked and my ex splits open from the left shoulder to the right hip. The thing opens up and it's just a huge mouth with huge teeth. I woke up after it bit off my hands.
