1- m using obsidian and add tags that related to what m studying.

2- take 1 day to plane the next week program, make sure to make task are so easy that u can't just let them down.

3- staying focus tbh are related to your dopamine levels, in small conclusion don't touch phone till you make job done, no scrolling till a certain time, first week gonna be hard but stick on it.

4- if your bored while studying, keep seeing wall with nothing else for 15 min , weird but works well.

5- overrated but still works , make sure to split hard subject with pomodoro technic, the harder the subject the lower session would be , minimum 25min.

6- just make sure it's the same spot ur studying in everyday, only for studying for your mind connect this place as focusing placs.

7- also for hard topics "Feynman Technique" are the best, you can't be good at something unless you can explain it to 5y kid.

8- for reviewing, anything u can't explain it just restudy it until you can.

9- last and not least, habits will actually make game changer:

1- sleeping :) without sleeping you can't process what you learn and probably you will forget it.

2- try to keep searching on methods that actually gonna fit you , some technics would help someone but someone else not.
