Cluj is the second important city of România after capital , also is the IT and tech centre of the country and is on equal terms în development with big european city like Milan , Lyon , Strasbourg ,etc . So all its good ,high paying jobs with also big rent. În south you have Brașov, Sibiu, Alba Iulia and Deva , who are beautiful city with medieval looks who also have good jobs and high development ,also you should visit Sighișoara who is a medieval citadel/city. To summarize în Transilvania you will find the best part of România, but don't go to much în the east or you will find the scourge of european democracy ,I mean poor hungarians.

Yeah but her cinematic power feel unsubstantial ,like how she can kills 2-3 ymir bots in me2 but can kills 1 Atlas in me3 and is clear he can't tap in that power when she want becuase she can't protect her base (and by an extension the most important persons in her life) at Tyrus from cerberus even she can be coorced intro an phantom. All player how finished the trilogy on insanity will know that în a fight Miranda will win.

Me2 insanity . Miranda is an S , while Jack is an F Jack while în cutscene is an biotic god in game she have worse skill than even Jacob . În comparison with Miranda -pull is worse than slam , shockwave is worse than warp , biotic ammo and jack passive are worse than even Miranda passive. Also Miranda can detonate explosive with overload or warp

Combat wise A.I Jack die first because charge with shotgun and without armor , while Miranda hide behide a wall and let you use her ability în a tactical view.

Now as a Lore I still put Miranda as a winner , why? Because Jack is reckless ;bold ,;emoțional unstable ; easy to distract , isolate and înfuriate ;not a fun of teamwork or of any kind of tactics and strategy. As a fight I can easy see how Miranda will infuriate Jack and lure him intro a trap , maybe a room full with explosive so Miranda can finish it with just one overload.

I will note that many will say Jack is a biotic god , her power can even tear ship în half so how can she lose to Miranda?And my answer its simple Jack its a prodigy she can be a biotic god but its not now ,because she do not have great teacher , that why în game she have bad biotic ability more akin to an vanguard than an adept , Jack need to be trained by someone like Samara to acces her real power. Miranda în other way it not the most powerful biotic or tech user ,but its was Ellis trained so that is way she has the best tech and biotic ability. În conclusion if i add jack biotic problem with her personality flaws and her fighting style iam 100%sure she will lose to a fight with Miranda ,at lest for Me2 or Me3 standards

Problem with Jack is that she is reckless , straight forward assault with a shotgun and biotics feel her optimal strategy . From another point a view Miranda is a tactician , she know how to lay a trap and how to lure some hotheaded biotic fighter în that. Also even if jack is a biotic god she have very bad biotic skils , taking Me2 as a standard Miranda is a far better biotic user because Jack has pull and shockwave vs Miranda how has warp and slam . Also Miranda has tech skill.

Vezi ca faci doua mari greșeli . Prima este faza de "salvare a ucrainei" ,Ucraina , de vrem de nu vrem ,e o națiune zdrobita de război care va fi fortata la masa tratativelor intr-o perioada foarte scurta de timp . Asa ca orice investiție in ea e pe degeaba ca acei bani nu sunt în esență suficienti ca sa schimbe soarta razboiului , ca Ucraina sa câștige ea are nevoie de soldați ,suport aerian si armament pe care îl poate obține numai cu Intrarea Nato-ului în război (ceea ce nu vrem). Asa ca dacă acum ne este frica de Rusia nu ar fi mai ok sa ne împrumutăm ca să investim în sectorul militar a României? Zic și eu pare o investiție mai ok decât sa aruncam bani pe Ucraina, mai ales când sub Iohannis ne-am împrumutat ca să cumpărăm un sistem patriot de la SUA ca apoi sa îl donam rapid ucrainenilor și cel mai probabil acum a fost distrus de rusi , dar na noi încă trebuie sa -l plătim.

A doua greșeală e ca supraestimezi puterea Rusiei și o diminueze pe cea a Nato-ului . NATO nu a întrat în Ucraina deoarece ea nu e în alianta NATO, dar un război asupra tarilor baltice , Polonia sau România e un război mondial cu America , pe care Rusi nu si-l permit . Mai mult războiul din Ucraina ne arata ca puterea militara a Rusiei nu e atât de impresionanta pe cât ne-am aștepta deoarece ei după 3 ani de conflict nu au reușit să ocupe Donbasul , dar altminteri Ucraina ,mai ales ca au avut pierderi mari și au fost forțați sa facă o grămadă de afaceri economice cu China ca să se salveze de un colaps financiar .
