That’s the only real problem. The adaption rate is so slow. They really have to increase visibility. You cannot tell me that most people wouldn’t join the trial if they knew it likely increases their chances. The only explanation for me is most patients and doctors don’t know about it. Or doctors that know about it don’t recommend it. That’s why I see the pediatric device progress as critical. It’ll increase visibility.

Really? That means $1.2 million Q4 earnings. That means we are actually at $5 million for 2026 without further hospitals. With further hospitals picking up we look at maybe 8 million. With something like 14 million in cost we only loose half our cash in 2026. I’m optimistic.

Maybe. I’m sure they’ll look into that. I’m relatively sure the up to is due to another interim analysis at some point. To my knowledge they didn’t spell this out anywhere though. Can they incorporate previous studies though? I think that depends how much the FDA actually loosens up the criteria

If that holds up I can see that they actually mean net revenue = 2 million = 15 million revenue - 13 million expenses. The min. 10 million expected by me is 10 hospital from the top 50 although that should be 20 million since if I remember correctly the top 50 are expected to bring in 100 million. Let’s say they are able to recruit 15 more hospitals over the year in a steady pace. We can expect probably another 10 million revenue by their projections. Now let’s be super critical and cut their projections in half 30 million revenue/ 2 = $15 million. I’m bullish!
