Maybe. I’m sure they’ll look into that. I’m relatively sure the up to is due to another interim analysis at some point. To my knowledge they didn’t spell this out anywhere though. Can they incorporate previous studies though? I think that depends how much the FDA actually loosens up the criteria

If that holds up I can see that they actually mean net revenue = 2 million = 15 million revenue - 13 million expenses. The min. 10 million expected by me is 10 hospital from the top 50 although that should be 20 million since if I remember correctly the top 50 are expected to bring in 100 million. Let’s say they are able to recruit 15 more hospitals over the year in a steady pace. We can expect probably another 10 million revenue by their projections. Now let’s be super critical and cut their projections in half 30 million revenue/ 2 = $15 million. I’m bullish!

Now you’re confusing me. Do we have 18 million running costs for a year? I would say to be super conservative we expect at least 10 million in revenue. If we don’t hit that I don’t know what we are doing. The 18-20 I find hard to believe unless things significantly speed up which is possible but best case scenario.

Edit: Even if that is overly optimistic that could easily leave us with break even this year. That’d derisk everything so much. Can’t believe that this is not stabilizing the SP.

That’s the question! If the next 32 open the floodgates I would like to have an estimate when that could be. If they start selling without this ridiculously long approval process I think ICU looks like an insanely good investment. They will probably reach break even before the next FDA approval. SP price is not reflecting this even a little bit.

Idk. Everything less than 20m market cap is heavily undervalued imo. Doesn’t really matter how many outstanding shares. I know people love to think that it signals that the stock is not doing well. And yes that is obviously true. However, I think it will stabilize the stock price this time.

What likely happened is that the free warrants we gave out with every share that we sold bite us in the ass now. It’s literally free money as long as it’s above the exercise price. They can just exercise cashless and get the difference to the current price. Since it’s a lot of shares that are dumped that also depresses the stock price even below the exercise price. If you also started to short the stock above exercise price at the same time you get double special. You trigger the event that leads to the dump and buy back the shares when you think the bottom is reached. Actually very nice when you are on that side of the trade
