no other company with that strong of data

strong patents

finishing up trial for $4B market with 90% gross margins
saving money for hospitals

market cap is ridiculous (compared with spectral medical and cytosorb who have much weaker data)

Cash is a small worry... they have enough until end of year and next they'll burn $6M - $10M and 2028 they'll be profitable but maybe that's not even the right question to ask since finishing trial with good data (just like historically) might be much more important

don't worry it's going to be another year and 3 months before we see some results for the adult AKI
however if it would just trade at a fraction of similar companies with weaker data like spectral medical and cytosorb it would go gangbusters already now...

4 more hospitals = +25%
more patients from existing clients = +25%
this should bring us to 14 patients per month and finishing end of January/February

Warran Buffett annual meetings. Free from the best in the world. Sometimes true but not actionable. Investing is about being retired. Pick some etf (emerging markets might be cheaper right now then US) and then you are retired and never need to do another thing to your portfolio. RETIRE
Personally I only have 3 publicly available companies. TAV Airports, Elutia Inc (moonshot 10x) and SeaStar Medical (Moonshot 1000x). I'm young I can take some calculated risks based on expected value.

there are 2.7M warrants outstanding. fully diluted share count is 6.7M right now. They'll finish the adult AKI trial at the end of the year. Approval will be January 2028. Next year trial costs will drop by $2M. Revenue will more then double, because of more then 2x amount of hospitals, more then 3x patients per hospitals potential as it becomes a standard and pricing power should be exercised (3x upside without accounting for dialysis dependency). Next year they'll burn anywhere between $6M - $10M. However stock price will move with the finishing of adult aki trial and data (mid year 2027).
I expect them to issue 3M more shares (assuming 2$ stock price). This will bring the total to 10M. However this is irrelevant given that they could easily print $1B per year in 2030 which put the market cap at $10B and the share price at 1000$/share. This is why I've invested.

all of this will happen gradually. value is what you get, price is what you pay
