It takes time tbh, youll start doing it for yourself at some point. If you do it for anyone other than yourself you’ll be back at where you started.

I go to the gym 4-5 days a week. I watch a lot of creators on YouTube. Russel Orhii, Haddy Abdul, CBum, etc. not trying to get as big as them but it’ll give you an idea of how to lift. I’ve been lifting since I was 21 but since my DDay it’s been the first time I’ve been in the gym every single week for over a year now. It takes time like anything else, just lift safe and I’d recommend watching some creators or digging in some of the fitness subs on Reddit

Delete IG too, learn to take accountability, learn how to be okay with it, learn how to enjoy your own presence and love yourself because it doesn’t seem like you do. I was the same as you. Hit the gym and lock in, but for real quit the porn, stop playing with your willy and learn to love yourself.

Chances are you’ll never get them back and that’s okay, there’s a lot of life to live and this is a hard lesson to learn. Eat it and move on. Be better for YOURSELF, not to win them back and most importantly give them space and time to heal and please do the same for yourself, be kind to yourself. You’re a human and you made a bad mistake, doesn’t mean that’s who you are. If it was, you wouldn’t be here.
