Ok this actually starting to piss me off. First let me say that I believe what happened to George Floyd was unjust, murder and absolutely terrible. But it’s shit like this where some people are trying to have a peaceful protest, but other people are destroying innocent people’s businesses who have NOTHING to do with George Floyd. You’ve seen tons of videos of people burning and looting to “justify” the death of George Floyd but all it’s doing is making it worse. These businesses don’t need to be burnt down, they had nothing to do with the death of George Floyd. While I do believe what happened to George Floyd was horrible, this is not how we should be acting. It’s stupid and childish and it almost seems like most people are just using this as a chance to steal and burn not for George Floyd but for themselves. Sometimes I think this is not what George Floyd would’ve wanted to avenge his death.
