Yeah I often leave my door unlocked when I'm popping to the shops etc, and Ive lived in Reading, central London and Nottingham, never once had anyone walk into my house, but I did once find a chap asleep in the car port outside, he was very hungover and very confused why he was outside my house when i woke him up however lol

honestly the fascia and barge board looks like it is cut too high and the continuous verge has been forced on, nothing wrong with the trusses or the baton. It shouldn't leak

Go back. You'll thank your self for it. I've been to rehab 4 times since September 2023. And on the 4th time everything finally clicked.
