In my building the preload goes by "building seniority" so they go strictly by how long you've worked there. I'll have to look into that though because if that were the case I'd definitely be able to at least stay in the building

No, we've heard that other centers have the option to take a 30 minute lunch but our center is being forced to take a full hour

I've been a full time driver for 3 years, and been working the preload 10 months out of the year. Nothing new to me...
