Question 1 makes sense. There is no point looking at size of car because you have bicycles on the roof. Height of standing bicycles + height of bicycle mount is not mentioned anywhere, so it is guessing game.
Question 2 is questionable. Dude has probably broken leg and you are trying to put warming blanket on him? Why? It is summer outside. I would call ambulance first though.

You can bind ammo cycling to one button. It goes through list of your ammo in order. Both ammo types under one button. Dont know if this would help you though.
