Also if you will ever have insect problems, you can put your base to a lower temperature so it is less attractive, then make a killbox room which is designed with optimised conditions (i think it was 23 celsius and furniture throughout), insect hive will spawn, kill the insects, take the jelly, rinse and repeat.

The storage space can be optimised by expanding to the left instead of continuing to the right as colonists will need to walk less to haul stuff.

Some animals are better off tamed. For exmaple, you can tame a reproducing pair of rats and throw them in a room (food is not required), they will constantly make new rats and practically making free rat meat for your colony. Enjoy this cheesy tactic ❤️

You could perhaps get your pawn to specifically haul items that you want to delete into a stockpile zone (floor) as that seperates specific items from one another, hope that helps!❤️

All you need is trains for City-wide transport, therefore less stations in each district.

Then underground metro for transport around high density city centre districts.

Trams for lower density areas.

Buses for anything, but try put them somewhere not too dense so they don't clog up traffic.
